DIAMLUME believes that everyone should be able to explore fine jewelry, learn about our materials, and access Client Care with dignity and ease.
We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website for people with disabilities and are working toward alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably applicable.
Our Ongoing Efforts
Use clear heading structures and readable text hierarchy.
Provide alternative text for meaningful product and editorial images.
Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
Use sufficient color contrast and avoid relying on color alone to communicate meaning.
Label forms, buttons, links, and error messages clearly.
Review new content and features for accessibility as the website evolves.
Work with platform and third-party service providers to address accessibility barriers within their tools.
Third-Party Content
Some third-party services, embedded content, social-media features, payment tools, or external websites may not be fully controlled by DIAMLUME. We encourage those providers to offer accessible experiences and welcome reports of barriers involving those services.
Need Assistance or Want to Report a Barrier?
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, need product or policy information in another format, or have suggestions for improvement, please email clientcare@diamlume.com with the subject line “Accessibility.”
Please describe the page, feature, or information you were trying to access and the assistive technology or browser used, if you are comfortable sharing it. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to address the issue.
Feedback
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We value feedback and use it to guide future improvements to the DIAMLUME experience.
