These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DIAMLUME website, products, content, and related services. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility & Account Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Information provided to DIAMLUME must be accurate and current.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings, photography, handmade finishing, gemstone variation, and production tolerances may cause reasonable differences.
Carat weight may refer to an individual stone or total carat weight, as stated on the applicable product page. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
DIAMLUME lab-grown diamonds are diamonds with a laboratory origin. An individual IGI diamond grading report is provided for each lab-grown diamond with a carat weight of 1.00 ct or above. Products featuring individual diamonds below 1.00 ct receive a DIAMLUME finished jewelry certificate only, even when the combined total carat weight is 1.00 ct or more.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. DIAMLUME may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may apply and will be disclosed where practicable during checkout or delivery.
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. If a pricing or product error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
Production & Delivery
Please allow approximately four weeks from the date an order is placed for jewelry to be created, completed, quality inspected, and prepared for shipment. Timing may vary according to availability, design complexity, materials, personalization, and final inspection.
After shipment, estimated standard delivery is 5–10 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days for international orders. Customs, local regulations, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Personalized & Final Sale Items
Engraved, resized, personalized, half-size, and other made-to-request items may be final sale as stated on the product page or in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
DIAMLUME does not offer private bespoke design services unless separately confirmed in writing. Available personalization is limited to options shown for eligible products, such as engraving, birthstones, initials, and numerals.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy in effect when the order is placed. Eligibility depends on the item, condition, personalization, delivery destination, and timing of the request.
Repair and maintenance requests are subject to inspection, service availability, applicable charges, and the Repairs & Jewelry Services page.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, text, graphics, videos, and software—are owned by or licensed to DIAMLUME and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit website content without written permission.
User Content & Reviews
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant DIAMLUME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for website, customer-service, and marketing purposes. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the website to violate law, commit fraud, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, or disrupt the website or its users.
Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, social-media, analytics, or other services. DIAMLUME does not control and is not responsible for third-party terms, content, availability, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DIAMLUME disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIAMLUME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or these Terms. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DIAMLUME harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws applicable to the DIAMLUME entity responsible for your order, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes, Severability & Waiver
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
